Overview
Reporting to the Store Manager, through the Floor Supervisor, through your Department Head, the Sales Associate is generally accountable for providing customers with fast, friendly service, engaging customers throughout the check-out process, handling customer funds accurately and appropriately while promoting new products. Included in duties are rotational cashiering, sales, appliance and furniture sales, warehouse operations, and service at Bell’s Café.

							Job Description
					- Greets and engages customers in a friendly, courteous, and enthusiastic manner, inviting customers in assigned lane.
- Follows standard check-out process, ensuring fast check-outs.
- Uses Point-of-Sale System (EPICOR) to accurately complete customer transactions.
- Adheres to identification checking requirements in accordance with transaction requirements, and requests proof of payment when handling returns.
- Processes cheques, credit cards, traveler’s cheques, purchase orders, quotations, returns, reconciliations, and charge accounts accurately.
- Processes and promotes CTL Loyalty Program and CTL Gift Cards.
- Provides service to clients of Bell’s Café when scheduled as such.
- Performs warehouse receiving, picking, price tagging, storage of goods in locations, and completion of gate passes.
