Overview
Clarence Thomas Ltd. Home Center (CTL) is seeking highly motivated Sales Associate – Warehouse to join our team. The Sales Associate – Warehouse is primarily responsible for managing all documentation associated with requisition orders and customer orders originating from the stores. This role involves coordinating the movement of materials within the facility and from the loading platform by carrying, pushing, rolling, or utilizing hand trucks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment. The associate safely operates machinery to perform tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, staging, and transporting products. Additionally, they ensure that all product orders are filled accurately and delivered to both internal and external customers promptly. Two (2) years’ experience in a similar environment.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Greets and engages customers in a courteous, friendly, and enthusiastic manner. Ensures that merchandise is received and stored in an efficient manner and maintains required records in line with company policy.
- Safeguards inventory assets of CTL; maintains the integrity of all transactions and maintains overall inventory accuracy.
- Maintains proper handling and safe storage of all materials within the Warehouse facility.
- Ensures the timely and accurate completion of all customer and inventory transactions.
- Follows safety regulations when operating any equipment in the warehouse.
- Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Keeps all equipment in good working order.
- Assists customers with loading merchandise.
- Maintains CTL brand standards at the warehouse.
- Re-stocks items efficiently and ensures that pricing labels are placed accurately.
- Maintains a clean workspace, assisting in other areas of the store when business needs dictate.
- Monitors all entrances and exits, requesting proof of payment when necessary.
- May be required to perform tasks involving prolonged standing, lifting, carrying or handling of equipment of moderate weight (up to 40 pounds).

Years of Experience: Two (2) years’ experience in a similar environment. One (1) year of experience in retail and customer service
Job Wage (minimum): $10.00 per hour
